Online coaching gives you personalised training, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support from Dave — all delivered through your phone, email, or video calls. You follow your bespoke plan, check in weekly or monthly (depending on your package), and get expert guidance to keep you progressing.
2. Do I need a gym membership to do online coaching?
No. You can train anywhere. Your plan is customised to your situation — gym, home setup, minimal equipment, or a mix of both.
3. What’s the difference between the Core, Plus, and Elite plans?
Core includes the essentials to get started confidently.
Plus adds weekly accountability and more guidance.
Elite gives you full access to Dave with 7-day support and extra nutrition resources.
You choose the level of support you need.
4. How are the check-ins done?
Check-ins are done via message, form submission, or Teams/video calls depending on your package. These check-ins help track progress, adjust your plan, and keep you accountable.
5. What happens during the monthly review call?
Dave will review your progress, discuss challenges, adjust your training and nutrition, and set targets for the next month. It keeps everything aligned with your goals.
6. How do the bespoke training plans work?
Dave builds a fully personalised programme based on your fitness level, equipment, schedule, goals, and any injuries. You’ll always know exactly what to do and why.
